This fully renovated 18th century Charentaise farmhouse is situated in the beautiful countryside of the Charente-Maritime.
The historic market towns of Surgères and Saint-Jean-d’Angély are each a 20 minutes drive. Both towns have twice weekly thriving markets and large supermarkets. The village of Loulay within 10 minutes by car has a choice of boulangeries, a butchers, delicatessen, pharmacy, bank and local fresh produce on offer. Outstanding restaurants are also within 10 minutes by car. The beach at Châtelaillon-Plage is a 48 minute drive as stated by Google maps. There are numerous opportunities for fun days out for all the family within easy reach. Stunning local walks and bike rides surround the property.
